Park 45, located in the Grand Hotel, is one of the Côte d’Azur’s most inventive Michelin-starred restaurants, according to. Chef Sébastien Broda uses local seafood and vegetables for his mouth-watering cuisine – from Mediterranean octopus to stuffed baby squid, making them shine with additions such as yuzu, ponzu cream, Parmesan broth and Granny Smith apple juice. A vegetarian tasting menu is also available.
We recommend you try the lightly cooked monkfish on the bone, accompanied by a creamy, crispy risotto, barigoule vegetables with Iberian chorizo, coriander pesto and jus. And save room for the chocolate passion fruit tart, which is a real knockout!
La Passagère*, a perfect match for impeccable service
This restaurant is not located in the heart of Cannes, but it’s worth mentioning because it has been awarded a Michelin star.
La Passagère is located in the beautiful town of Juan Les Pins, on the Cap d’Antibes. Aurélien is the head chef of this upscale restaurant. He has been executive chef of a 3-star Michelin restaurant, as well as executive sous-chef of a 1-star Michelin restaurant. So he’s no novice, as the Michelin-starred cuisine testifies.
The menu is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, with the chef paying homage to the best local Mediterranean produce. If you’re looking for top-quality seafood, this place is definitely worth a visit.
The same designer who designed the Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo, Olivier Antoine, has redesigned the restaurant space. He has included contemporary pieces that reflect the venue’s sophisticated and imaginative setting, while remaining true to its Art Deco roots.
Le Mirazur**: two-Michelin-star restaurant in Menton
It’s not for nothing that Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco’s two-star establishment still features prominently on the list of the world’s 50 best restaurants. So if you’re staying in Cannes, why not make a stopover in the beautiful town of Menton to enjoy the Mirazur table?
After honing his skills with top chefs in Paris (from Ducasse at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée to Passard at L’Arpège), Mauro Colagreco opened his first restaurant in 2006 in the French town of Menton, along the Italian border. On the three levels of this 1950s-era restaurant, you can admire the bay while tasting ingredients grown and picked directly in the chef’s garden below. The chef offers a ten-course tasting menu. From beet with caviar to crab-stuffed cannelloni, you’re in for a treat!
